Our mission is to provide people with helpful resources and tools that encourage and sustain a home and work/life balance necessary to nurturing our lives and the lives of children.

WorkTerrain operates on the neighborhood concept. Each of the companies three neighborhoods - HomeTerrain, SchoolTerrain, and WorkTerrain - focuses on identifying and managing the life challenges affecting parents, teachers, employees and employers in relation to children and families.

We believe in encouraging parents to listen and talk to their kids. We believe teachers should be provided the opportunity to have environments where kids can learn and grow, and we want to assist employers in offering work/life balance programs to their employees.
