People handle adversity in many different ways. Our culture, society and family systems shape the way in which we manage crises. One critical element in dealing with crises is resilience - the ability to bounce back after failures, setbacks and losses.

Dr. Ron Breazeale, the author of this webinar, believes the skills and attitudes that make up resilience can be learned.

Why learn resilience skills?
Life has no shortage of personal disasters. Making decisions out of fear can negatively affect you and your family. People who cannot deal with their emotions may become more narrow, exclusive, and rigid in their view of the world and are less able to see the big picture.

What will this webinar offer you?

If you have asked yourself any of the following questions, this webinar is for you.
