Behavioral Objectives: Attendees will learn how to conceptualize and plan a strategic planning process, identify and convene stakeholders, facilitate and evaluate the process.

•    understand why all team members complaints must be dealt with rather than ignored or dismissed
•    be more sensitive to all the problems -- major or trivial, real or imagined -- that can lie behind complaints
