Introduction to Lean Manufacturing Seminar

GOAL: This one-day workshop provides an overview of Lean Manufacturing providing an understanding of how using lean tools can improve your company’s productivity. It focuses on the use of   lean tools with specific examples that will enable you to apply the tools to your factory.
