Rena Hannaford is the CEO of KidsTerrain, Inc. and its divisions WorkTerrain and Safe Home Connections. A seasoned executive with over 30 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, she has held several senior management positions in both operations and marketing in the clinical and insurance sectors of health care. In addition, she developed a successful occupational health company.

Rena co-founded Quadrant Health Strategies, an innovative occupational and environmental health company specializing in developing and implementing strategies to address workers' health issues. She has also held results-oriented senior level positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSMA) of Massachusetts in the Utilization Review and Marketing Divisions. Among other accomplishments, she  successfully introduced organizational design changes and was instrumental in introducing the first managed care product for BCBSMA.

Mark C. Kelley is the founder and principal owner of Longpoint Consulting, Inc. Mark has more than thirty years of results-oriented experience in the health insurance and managed care industries including twenty years as a senior-level executive. He has also served as a member and board chair of boards of directors of numerous non-profit organizations over the past twenty years.

Mark has held several senior management positions in operations, sales and marketing. Throughout his career, he has been called upon to design and implement organizational change processes for numerous organizations. He has established a reputation for being able to revitalize failing operating divisions and refocusing organizations towards the development of a thriving service culture.

In 1996 Mark was recognized by the Boston Jaycees with a Ten Outstanding Young Leaders of Boston Award. He is a graduate of Providence College and holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and Organizational Design from Boston College. He is also a graduate of the Duke University Fuqua School of Business Executive Leadership Forum.  

Margaret (Maggie) Moran, Founder and President of KidsTerrain, Inc. has more than 30 years of experience in nurse executive positions in both the clinical and insurance sectors of the health care industry. She has held successful senior level marketing, contracting and new business development positions in psychiatric hospitals, including Walden Behavioral Care and Choate Health Systems. In addition, she held several positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBSMA) of Massachusetts including Manager and Director of the Utilization Review Department. Among other accomplishments, Maggie developed the first mental health program at BCBSMA. She is well-known and widely respected for her industry knowledge and commitment to quality care.

Maggie has worked with various children's programs including Head Start in several Massachusetts communities, inpatient and outpatient pediatric programs at several hospitals including McLean and Cambridge City, and has worked with school systems in Middlesex County to provide behavioral health care services to children.

Maggie is a registered nurse who received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Emmanuel College.

She has written and published three children's stories through New Voices Publishing: The Magic in Me, Aunt Rosa's House, and Someone Took Vanessa's Bike.
