Returns Policy
You may return items sold by WorkTerrain through WorkTerrain .com within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to us. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Partial Refunds
Items that are opened or show signs of obvious use will receive a partial refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the retail price. Shipping charges will not be refunded on these items. Partial refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- • Any CD, cassette tape, DVD, or VHS tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
- • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, you may request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item within thirty (30) days. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. You may then place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
